Doria Michelle Tabron is Founder and President of Fearless and Focused, Inc., a faith-centered entrepreneur, educator, mentor, beauty professional, and community leader with more than 35 years in the beauty industry.

She spent 24 years as a general manager for a Detroit family-owned salon group and has owned Doria Me'Chelle Multicultural Hair Salon for 16 years, now located in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is Mrs. Arizona International 2025 and Mrs. International 2025 People's Choice Winner.

Her experiences behind the salon chair inspired her mission to empower pre-teens, teens, women, and families through confidence, mentorship, stewardship, wellness, self-defense, career readiness, and purpose. She leads Fearless and Focused, Inc. with the conviction that when people are seen, encouraged, and equipped, they move differently - and that faith is the foundation that makes lasting transformation possible.

Eliot Tabron is a former professional athlete, entrepreneur, financial professional, and mentor whose journey is rooted in faith, discipline, perseverance, and purpose.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Eliot learned early that his circumstances did not have to determine his future. His commitment to excellence began in athletics, earning a black belt in karate by age 15 before excelling in track and field. He later received a full collegiate athletic scholarship, represented the United States in track and field, and achieved a No. 2 world ranking in the 400 meters. In 2002, he was inducted into the Wayne State University Athletic Hall of Fame. His athletic journey also included an opportunity with the Dallas Cowboys.

Eliot transitioned from athletics into finance, beginning his career as a stockbroker in 1986 and later establishing his own investment firm. His entrepreneurial journey expanded into real estate, cryptocurrency, sports management, and financial education.

In 2010, Eliot founded Winlane Sports & Entertainment, providing athletes and entertainers with guidance in contract negotiations, career and personal development, and preparation for success beyond their professional careers.

As Co-Founder and Treasurer of Fearless and Focused, Inc., Eliot brings decades of experience in business, finance, athletics, and mentorship to the organization. He is passionate about helping youth and families develop financial awareness, discipline, confidence, and the mindset necessary to build sustainable futures and generational legacies.

Above all, Eliot credits the grace of God for his journey and remains committed to using his experiences to educate, encourage, and empower others.

Shanta Ivey is a licensed professional cosmetologist with more than 32 years of experience in the beauty industry in Alabama and Michigan. She is the proud owner of Shanta's Styles Treasures and a professional caregiver who has dedicated much of her life to serving and uplifting others.

Throughout her career in beauty and caregiving, Shanta has demonstrated a heart and passion for uplifting others and helping enhance the beauty on the inside that radiates on the outside. She believes we are all born to be a blessing to others and should care for one another with love, kindness, and compassion.

Shanta was personally selected to serve as Secretary of Fearless and Focused, Inc. by founder Doria Michelle Tabron. Their professional relationship and friendship span more than 30 years in the beauty industry. Over the years, Doria has witnessed Shanta's character, compassion, dependability, and commitment to helping others firsthand.

As Secretary, Shanta brings her years of professional experience, servant's heart, and passion for uplifting others to the mission of Fearless and Focused, Inc. She is committed to helping the organization empower women, youth, and families to recognize their value, embrace their potential, and live with greater confidence and purpose.

Kayla Hale is a devoted mother of five, accomplished entrepreneur, dedicated student, and woman of faith. As the proud owner of Trending Hair LLC, she combines her passion for beauty, creativity, and entrepreneurship with a genuine desire to empower and serve others.

As a student at Grand Canyon University, Kayla is committed to personal, academic, and spiritual growth while pursuing her God-given purpose. Above all, she is a devoted disciple of Christ Jesus, striving to lead a life grounded in faith, purpose, excellence, service, and love for God and others.

Jolonda Nicole Jones is a devoted mother of two and a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare. Her extensive professional journey encompasses health and wellness promotion, end-of-life care, juvenile and adult corrections, behavioral health, psychiatric hospitals, pulmonary care, rehabilitation, and school nursing. Beyond her clinical expertise, Jolonda is an exceptional cook who cherishes the Lord and is deeply passionate about empowering communities through holistic health, nutrition, and lifelong wellness.

Kaylee is the owner and lead stylist of The Salty Blonde Studio, where she specializes in blonding, dimensional color, extensions, and confidence-driven transformations.

As an entrepreneur and creative professional, she views beauty as both external and internal—focused not only on appearance, but on helping women recognize their confidence, individuality, and inherent worth.

A devoted mother and business owner, Kaylee leads with authenticity, purpose, and a strong work ethic. She is known for her willingness to invest her time, talent, and resources in uplifting others and building meaningful relationships within her community.

Kaylee serves on the Board of Directors for Fearless and Focused, Inc., where she contributes an entrepreneurial perspective, creative insight, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission of empowering women, supporting youth, strengthening families, and building stronger communities.

Her guiding philosophy is simple: ‘Create beautiful hair, make people feel amazing, and build a life I love along the way.’

Through her work and service, Kaylee champions the belief that when women are empowered to embrace who they are, confidence becomes a lasting foundation that extends into every area of life.

Born with a natural eye for creativity and structure, Alexander ‘AleXavier’ Lorde has spent more than 25 years directing media for churches, organizations, and businesses. His work has helped ministries grow their reach, strengthen community engagement, and elevate brands across social media and digital platforms.

With degrees in Business and Marketing and Graphic Design, AleXavier blends strategy with creativity—pairing professional photography, graphic design, and digital storytelling to help organizations stand out with clarity, excellence, and purpose.

Rooted in his faith in Christ, he approaches every project with integrity, humility, and a commitment to serve. His media leadership has supported countless businesses, nonprofits, and ministries, giving them the visibility and confidence needed to thrive in today’s digital world.

Cecily Davis holds a professional degree in Educational Psychology and brings nearly 20 years of experience in higher education. She offers a comprehensive, student-centered approach to educational planning, student success, development, and engagement. Her expertise includes student success programs, educational and academic mapping and planning, life coaching and decision-making guidance, mentorship and support, student and campus life, student recruitment, events and activities, university partnerships, and student development and engagement.

Cecily has a strong understanding of communication strategies, interpersonal communication, psychological processes, and techniques that support effective connection, guidance, and relationship-building. She is skilled at helping students and educational communities navigate decisions, identify opportunities, build confidence, and achieve meaningful academic and personal goals.

In addition to her higher-education expertise, Cecily brings strong creative and technical skills in digital formatting, documentation, publishing, and outreach development, including the creation of flyers, brochures, business cards, logos, websites, and other communication materials. This combination of educational psychology, student development, communication, planning, and creative skills allows her to approach projects and people from both a strategic and human-centered perspective.
